All You Need to Know

DO YOU ONLY USE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS?

The parts we use depend on your needs. If you decide you want a specific brand of RAM or SSD over what we have in stock, we can custom order those pieces for you. Otherwise we will use our preferred brands that we trust to give you optimum performance and longevity.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS?

The time to fix your computer depends on the diagnosis. We can normally diagnose your computer within the next business day, depending on the number of computers in line to be worked on when you bring your computer in.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, local check, or credit card.  Business charge accounts are available upon approval.  Stop in and discuss our payment methods with us to determine the best solution for you.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I BRING MY COMPUTER IN?

One of our technicians will fill out a form describing the your computer's problems.  They will discuss with you possible diagnosis and  potential timeframes for the repair of your computer. Then you just leave your computer and contact information and they will reach out to you when your computer is finished.

WHEN DOES UPS/FEDEX PICKUP?

UPS has a daily Monday to Friday pickup at 3:30 PM
FEDEX has a daily Monday to Friday pickup at 4:30 PM
